12u Grays finish strong at the beach

The Grays followed up there strong showing at Longhorn back in September with a successful finish at the Columbus Day Classic. The three day tournament, held at the Sports at the Beach complex near Rehoboth Beach, was a good test for the Grays. After a tough stretch in pool play, (1-3 with two 1-run losses), the Grays found themselves in Monday’s 12u consolation tournament. The team made the most of their situation, beating the TC Triplets in the semi-final (and avenging a pool play loss). In the final, the Grays battled with the Colts Neck Cougars before winning 4-3.

Congrats to the Grays on a great finish!
